Applus+ Laboratories to exhibit at JEC World 2022


    Applus+ Laboratories will be at JEC World 2022, Booth 6-E51. We will be exhibiting our comprehensive testing and engineering solutions for each and every composite material, and we will be happy to discuss the ways in which we can adapt our services to the needs of interested visitors at the event.

    A notable part of our exhibition will be a special demonstration of A+ Glide Forming – our manufacturing process for aircraft stringers which was selected as a finalist for the JEC Innovation Awards in 2019. Our engineers have further advanced this unique technology and it is now 100% ready for industry.

    • Bespoke testing equipment: integrating our testing expertise with multi-disciplinary engineering capabilities, we provide advanced, bespoke equipment for our clients to test and improve their products, including automated NDT inspection systems.​
    • A+ Glide Forming: a highly productive, automated process for producing top-quality carbon fibre structural reinforcements in all the shapes and sizes required. The system requires less energy consumption, wastes less material as scrap, and is a cheaper process than any of its alternatives on the market.
