The new agreement strengthens a long-standing partnership and makes us exclusive providers for GE90, GenX and GE9X jet engine programs at GKN Westland in Tallassee, Alabama.

A huge project, but by no means the first.  The team at Arcadia Aerospace have been collaborating with GKN Westland, Inc. for 10 years now, but this new agreement makes for the largest investment yet from both partners.

The Arcadia Aerospace team, non-destructive testing (NDT) specialists in Punta Gorda, Florida and Tallassee, Alabama, will be supplying GKN Aerospace with state-of-the-art automated NDT equipment to support quality assurance during aircraft engine production. The programs are for the GE90, GenX and GE9X, the latter being the largest and most powerful commercial aircraft engine ever built.

Paul Hurley, the North American Global Composite Commodity Manager for GKN Aerospace, Inc., remarked: "We are delighted to sign this new agreement with Arcadia Aerospace, whose NDT technology will help us to optimize our production capacity for the exciting General Electric work ahead."

Charles Bushman, Arcadia Aerospace CEO, commented: "This is great news for both companies as we solidify our partnership through joint investment in future aircraft engine programs".
