It is suitable for mirror finishing and well cold formable. Application for acid resistant apparatus in chemical and pharmaceutical industry, in cellulose, rubber, color, fatty acid, textile and rayon industry, petrochemistry, for medical and photographic goods, in sewage plants, for higher chloride contents. X5CrNiMo17-12-2 is used in construction engineering for components of highest corrosion loading, e.g. smokestacks, sanitary engineering. |
