| 1) Remark: NiCr6015 is a resistance alloy. With wire, the attainable tensile strength is 600 N/mm². The alloy distinguishes itself by a high resistivity. The temperature coefficient is higher than that of NiCr8020. The upper application temperature in air is 600 °C as resistance wire and 1150 °C as heater wire. NiCr6015 is scale-resistant, resistant to corrosion and slightly ferro-magnetic. The alloy is well suitable for spot welding. With certain prerequisites, soft soldering and brazing are possible, too. Application: For high-ohm electric resistors and heater wires. |
