2.4813 (SEW 595 : 1976-08) | 2.4813 | SEW 595 : 1976-08 | SEW 595 : 1976-08 replaced by DIN EN 10295 : 2003-01 | Replaced | Germany | G-NiCr50Nb | The cast material G-NiCr50Nb (2.4813) is identical with the cast material 2.4680. It is a heat-resistant material for temperature stress in air of up to 1050 °C, with outstanding resistance against oil ash corrosion, with high resistance against static and dynamic stress as well as with improved properties in terms of creep strength depending on time. No embrittlement in the temperature range of 600 to 950 °C, good resistance against precipitous temperature variations. Application in the petrochemistry for tube carrier plates, tube hangers, cans, evaporator tubes, heater parts, flue gas dampers, tube mountings, oil burner cones, travelling grates in oil-heated pelletizing and sintering plants. |
