Due to their favorable properties, today almost exclusively silver-copper alloys with fineness 925/000 (Ag925, AgCu7.5), 800/000 (Ag800, AgCu20) and to a lesser extent 835/000 (Ag835, AgCu16.5) are used in the jewelry sector. The use of this material has become increasingly smaller (coins, etc.). |
