1) Remark: Material X2CrNiMoN17-13-5, material number 1.4439 shows high pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion resistance as well as resistance to stress corrosion. Highest general resistance to many organic acids of high concentration and temperature, e.g. in non oxidizing acids and chloride-containing media (seawater, hypochloride solution) also in inorganic and mixed acids as well as resistance to intercrystalline corrosion also in sensitized condition. Application in reactor industry, offshore technics, chemical industry. Working temperature: -200 to 400 °C.
