1) Remark: The high heat-resistant steel X 10 NiCrAlTi 32 20 (now: X10NiCrAlTi32-21), mat. No 1.4876, is applicated acc. to VdTÜV-Wbl 412 : 2001-06 for pressure vessels acc. to AD-data sheet W 2 in soft annealed condition from -10 to 600 °C and in solution annealed condition from -10 to 900 °C, for pressure boilers acc. to TRD 101, TRD 102, TRD 105 and TRD 107 in soft annealed and solution annealed condition like for pressure vessels. Further application in nuclear power engineering as far as nuclear rules or object related specifications approve the use from -10 to 600 °C (soft annealed condition) resp. from -10 to 900 °C (solution annealed condition). The steel has to be used in long-term range in solution annealed delivery condition of grit size 5 or coarsier acc. to DIN 50601. The steel is fusion weldable using metal arc welding by covered rod electrodes (additional materials: 2.4805, 2.4807, 2.4651, 2.4648, 2.4620) and inert arc welding by welding rods and wire electrodes (additional material: 2.4806). Preheating is not necessary, also heat-treatment after welding. For wall thicknesses >50 mm is for reduction of self-equilibrating stress an annealing at 850°C necessary. To material DIN EN 10095 : 1999-03 applies: The high alloyed steel shows scaling resistance up to max. 1100°C (highest application temp. in air). It has favorable resistance to alternation of oxidizing and reducing athmosphere. No embrittlement risk. Well corrosion resistance to hydrocarbon and petrochemical products. Application in reforming and pyrolysis facilities as well as in high-temperature and cracking facilities.
