1) Remark: The cast steel GS-45 R, VdTÜV-Werkstoffblatt 341 : 2001-09, is applied in the form of hollow castings, solid castings and armature casings for pressure vessels according to TRB 100 as well as to AD-Merkblatt editions W 5 and A 4 from - 10 to 300 °C for steam boilers according to TRD 103 and TRD 110 to 300 °C, for pipeline components according to TRbF 301 (RFF) and DIN 3220 part 5 and 6. Furthermore, the material is used for ranges of applications in nuclear engineering as far as the rules of nuclear engineering or the object-related specifications permit the use of - 10 °C to 300 °C.
