1) Remark: G-CuSn10Zn (former Rg10) is a hard material, resistant against sea water. The material is used for slide bearing shells, moderate stressed coupling and sliding parts, worm gears and worm gear annuluses with low sliding speeds, stern tubes. The material can be used well in bearings with moderate rotating velocities, when the spindle is not tempered and not to soft and well lubricated. The material can be used for highly stressed bearings for the recasting with light metalls and zinc-alloys during chill- and pressure casting.
