1) Remark: The alloyed high-grade steel DX54D (extra deep drawing quality) is deliverable with following hot-dip coatings: DX54D+Z (coating Zn), DX54D+ZF (coating Zn-Fe), DX54D+ZA (coating Zn-Al), DX54D+AZ (coating Al-Zn), DX54D+AS (coating Al-Si). The material is used for construction parts with good cold formability and high corrosion resistance. The coated steel is weldable with the usual methods. Furthermore are given the adhesive suitability and the coatability with organic materials, in each case after a previous suitable surface treatment.
