1) Remark: Material X6CrAl13 is comparable to X 6 CrAl 13 acc. to DIN 17440 : 1985-07. Application predominantly in apparatus engineering for petroleum industry, e.g. for cracking facilities as well as for welded parts in hydroelectric power station building. Addition of aluminium inhibits hardness increase around the weldseam and therewith crack sensitivity. No resistance to intercrystalline corrosion both in delivery and welded condition. Application temperature: up to 600 °C (for comparable DIN-material)
