1) Remark: The stainless austenitic Nb-stabilized aerospace steel is resistant to scaling up to 800 °C, it is weldable and cold formable. It is used construction parts (also welded) with higher requirements to the corrosion resistance and cold forming ability with low strength requirements. The steel is resistant to intercrystalline corrosion, also in the welded condition without post heat treatment.
