TRB 100 and AD data sheet W 2 at pressures up to 50 bar - for type approved hot water boiler up to 100 °C Smelting: electric arc oven, AOD-process acc. DIN EN 10088-1 : 1995-08 applies: - comparable to X 6 CrTi 17 (here higher C-content) - comparable general corrosion properties like 1.4016 - widely resistant in water, steam, weak acids and bases as well as in oxidizing acids - shows increased stress corrosion resistance in hot bases, low chloride containing water - no risk of intercrystalline corrosion after welding due to Ti-addition - due to Ti-additon it is unsuitable for polishign to high gloss Application: for welded parts in washing machines (lye tanks) and partly in chemical apparatus engineering (weak acids), in dairy, food, brewery, dyeing and soap industry
