1) Remark: The material NiCr15Fe7TiAl is similar to NiCr15Fe (2.4816), yet it is hardenable due to aluminium and titanium additives. Good resistance to corrosion and oxidation as well as high tensile strength and creep strength depending on time at temperatures of up to approximately 700 °C. Owing to the very good stress-relief behaviour, the material is suitable for springs and screws that are subjected to high temperature stress. Application in gas turbines, rocket engines, nuclear reactors, pressure vessels, tools and in the aeroplane construction. Processing properties: Formability: good (annealed) Weldability: satisfactory (annealed)
