1) Remark: Material GX4CrNi13-4, material number 1.4317 was formerly kept with material number 1.4313 both as cast material G-X 5 CrNi 13 4 and wrought material X 4 CrNi 13 4 (now: X3CrNiMo13-4). Cast material G-X 5 CrNi 13 4 is still listed in VdTÜV-material specification 462 : 1999-03 with material number 1.4313 (incorrect since this material number applies only to the wrought material X3CrNiMo13-4!). Application: To the cast brand G-X 5 CrNi 13 4 acc. to VdTÜV-Wbl 452 : 1999-03 applies: This material is applicated for pressure vessels acc. to TRB 100 and AD-data sheets W 5 and W 10 from -60 to 300 deg for long-term application and up to 350 deg. for short-time application up to 20000 h under full strain, for wheels and guide wheels of pumps, compressors and turbines as well as for pump casings and machine components in hydraulic facilities from -60 to 300 °C resp. 350 °C. for short-time application up to 20000 h under full strain. Further application in nuclear power engineering as far as nuclear rules or object-related specifications permit using from -60 to 300 (350) °C.
