Applus+ Laboratories' Barcelona facility approved by Stellantis for full-scope EMC testing

The approval confirms that the Barcelona laboratory meets Stellantis requirements to perform the complete range of EMC  and electrical validation activities for automotive electrical and electronic systems, supporting suppliers throughout the development and validation of components intended for Stellantis programs, including both low-voltage and high-voltage technologies  (CS.00244, CS.00245 and CS.00246 standards).

Stellantis is among the select group of automotive manufacturers that maintain dedicated recognition programs for EMC testing laboratories, complementing ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation with additional OEM-specific criteria. Through this program, laboratories are assessed against Stellantis' technical and quality requirements to ensure they can support the validation of components intended for the group's vehicle program.
